Summary: Integrated meta-generator microchip capable of dynamic, full-surface wavefront/ polarization control across multidimensional Poincaré spheres. Combined inverse-designed multimode meta-waveguides/ thermo-optic phase-shifter arrays allows independent synthesis of orbital angular momentum and inhomogeneous vector beams from single aperture. Spatial wavefront shaping/ polarization synthesis decoupled for miniaturized, highly versatile optical components in high-capacity communications.
