Dual-sensor prevents accidents caused by ice build-up on aircraft and black ice ahead of road vehicles

"(1) sensor flush against instead of protruding from aircraft detects moment ice begins to form monitoring changes in signal frequency, (2) sensor with 3 IR lasers analyzes clouds/ precipitation, differentiating harmless ice particles/ dangerous supercooled water droplets which freeze on contact, also measuring droplet size identifying most hazardous conditions... also detects black ice on roads... ice: on roads causes 20% weather-related car crashes/ build-up on planes causes 10% of fatal air carrier crashes"
