"quantum computation, including preparing atoms, cooling and reading out energy states, and performing quantum logic operations... convert 15% incoming light to desired output colors, >150X amount in earlier experiment... converted light possessed >1 mW over wide range of wavelengths... increasing coupling between ring and waveguide and suppressing effects that may interfere with color conversion, increased output laser power to 20 mW and converted as much as 29% incident laser light to output color"
